The East Austin Urban Farm Tour

Connect with East Austin’s historic agricultural past and celebrate its revival at the first annual East Austin Urban Farm tour Sunday, April 11th from 1:00-5:00 p.m. The self-paced tour will connect Boggy Creek, Rain Lily, Springdale, and HausBar Farms, where participants can walk the rows, visit chicken coops, get inspiration for growing, and enjoy cooking demos and tastes of local food right out of the fields, prepared by celebrated local chefs from Texas French Bread, Eastside Café, Jeffrey’s and the Odd Duck Farm to Trailer. Local creators and purveyors of wine, beer and spirits will be on hand with samples too!
Tickets are $35 in advance and $40 at the door, and are available for advance purchase online at Farmhouse Delivery (www.farmhousedelivery.com, credit or debit cards only), at Boggy Creek Farm’s farm stand (Wednesdays and Saturdays 9:00-1:00, cash and check only), by phone or at Springdale Farm (512-386-8899) and at Eastside Café (cash, check, credit or debit cards).
