We’re coming into the season of greens. In your CSA’s and at your local markets you’ll find beautiful bunches of mustard greens, collard greens, kale, swiss chard, spinach, turnip greens, asian greens, and more. Each variety offers its own subtle (and some not so subtle!) flavors. Many people aren’t quite sure what to do with these [...] So the fallen tree has been removed – along with a sizable portion of the garden. We need to rebuild the beds, and we may go ahead with this even before the fence is repaired – just to get the crops in before our planting window expires.
